What do you like the most so far? “The culture at Aiviq is a major highlight - from our assessment day to company socials, there is ongoing support and openness, especially from my line manager. I am learning by taking things hands-on, with the best people to guide me. I have been involved in a wide range on internal and client facing meetings, giving me the chance to work closely with engineering and product teams, which has been incredibly interesting.”
What are you most excited about? “I am looking forward to improving my project management skills and learning more about data architecture. I have really enjoyed interacting with client teams across the globe, and I am eager to dive deeper into the complexities of executing successful product implementations.”

Training and Mentorship
At Aiviq, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Each year, we customise our graduate program to match the unique needs of the teams they join, ensuring they are equipped with the right skills and knowledge to excel. This year, our new graduates have already participated in three dynamic workshops led by external guests as well as our internal team members.
Mentorship is at the heart of our growth strategy. Through tailored guidance, weekly touchpoints with managers, and one-on-one coaching, our graduates are given the support they need to grow and thrive, with every step of their journey designed to maximise impact.
